An operating system is a program that manages the computer hardware . It provides a basis for application programs and acts as an intermediary between the computer user and the computer hardware. For the operating system goals, it divides into two parts. Firstly , Executing user programs and make solving user problems easier. Secondly , Make the computer system convenient to use. When using  the operating system , we could use  the computer hardware in an efficient manner.
