My Dream Job
Since I came into contact with computer science and technology I have heard about project management more than once.Now I am already a junior student Who is about to face the issue of employment. So out of curiosity I have found a lot of information about project manager.
A project manager is a qualified professional in the area of project management who is responsible for planning implementing and finishing any project in their specific field of work using their skills knowledge and techniques.The project manager is a very challenging job.The market demand for this position is very large and the competition is also great because of the high wage. So what do I need if you want to be a project manager?
1) In order to become a project manager you must acquire at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
2) You‘d better to take a extra training course to improve your Competitiveness
3) In order to be a seccessful project manager there are several key attributes.First and foremost you will need to be a good communicator and able to inspire a team of people.Honesty and positivity is also important. This means being honest even when you don’t know something or have done something wrong. Even though you are leading a team of people you are not expected to know everything and you are more likely to get respect from your team by being up front with them. Being positive in all situations keeps the team motivated and will also be likely to impress the stakeholders and secure further projects.
4) Find out what important skills are needed to become a successful project manager. The skills such like communication organization and Professional knowledge are crucial in your career of project manager.
At the same time this position has many good aspects:

Hands down one of the most rewarding aspects of being a PM is the satisfaction that comes with leading a team through a project from idea to completion. If you develop a holistic approach to managing both a project and a team being a leader is not only rewarding for the PM but for their team members who get the opportunity to learn from them.

As a professional who is experienced in all the critical phases of a project your resume and your knowledge will make you more marketable and more valuable than you could have ever imagined. Project manager is my dream job. I will strive to improve my skills and develop my own personalitybe in my last year of college career. I believe my dream will be reached in one day of future.
