URLs(uniform resource locators): For browsers to connect to resources, the location or address of the resources must be specified.

HTML(Hypertext Markup Language): A document file sent back to your computer when the browser has connected to the Website.

javascript: A language used to trigger simple interactive features.

AJAX: An advanced use of javascript used to create interactive Website that respond quickly.

applets: Written in the Java which can be downloaded quickly and run by most browsers.

Mobile browsers: Designed to run on these portable devices, displayed on a very small screen and special navigation tools are required to conveniently view Web content.
