1 users with multiple computers
Office office software 365 allows users to install up to 5 computers. If the user has 5 computers then the equivalent of each computer costs only $20 per year can use Microsoft's Office suite of 2013. In contrast the installation of Office 2013 for each of the 5 family and student edition the cost will reach $700 which is obviously not worthwhile.
Moreover after the purchase of Office 365 Microsoft will give users a monthly 60 minutes of Skype international call time as well as 20GB additional SkyDrive storage space. For Offic 2013 home and Student Edition users Microsoft will only give 5GB additional SkyDrive storage space.
It seems that the more computers the more we should hire Office suite.
2 the need to access the Office software (Office on Demand function)
If there are more than 5 computers the purchase of a Office service is obviously not enough this time the user can use the new function named Office on Demand. With this feature users can download a virtual version of a specific Office application (Excel Word PowerPoint Access and Publisher) on a common device. Once the user completes the work to close the Office application then this function will be closed the installation will not be included in your Office 365 installation number 5. It should be noted that the use of Office on Demand has some minor problems. For example when storing files the system will have a slight delay.
