I don't think the hacker should be responsible for these accidents,it's obviously unreasonable.  The firewall is set up to prevent being attacked and virus. And I think it is a common sense for users to know the importance of using the firewall. What's more, the firewall may be a part of hardware to ensure the sercurity of the computer.
