I think that if a hacker attacked a program and succeeded.It shows that the hacker did a bad thing.The programmer shouldn't be criticized seriously because he could't prevent this thing from happening.But we can also get the conclusion that this programmer is not a excellent employee because the program which is wrote by him is not so safe.In a word,we should criticize the hacker as well as encourage the programmer to be better.
