As far as I can see, no matter whether the personal computer has firewall or not, the owner of this PC has no responsibility for the  service attack.

To analyse this situation, first, the internet title is something that makes sure the user of PC permitted. So, the owner shouldn\'t be attacked for no reasons. Second, this attack is like virus which makes a terrible influence on this PC. Last but not the least, they should both understand each other .
