In my opnion,the creater of the website need to take the responsibilities of the economy damege. The vulnerability he make allows hackers to access information. This is his duty . If every programmer can not be careful in programming, this will cause a great threat to network security. Network security needs to be rigorous every link. So as to ensure the user's information security.
