I currently use windows 10 on my laptop. Every application's UI is displayed within windows and one can multitask between them. At the bottom of the screen there's the taskbar from which you can easily access all the programs that are currently running or those you have pinned before for quick access.

On my phone I use android with which I interact through touch input. It is optimized especially for this kind of input with your fingers.
