The Fourth International Conference on Information Technologies in Education and Learning (ICITEL 2020) will be held from Dec. 26− 27, 2020 at Hangzhou (Virtual online Conference) , China.

When Information Technologies (especial Internert) become widely used, how to use these technologies on Education and Learning comes to hot topics. ICITEL aims to bring together industrial and academic researchers to discuss hot topics and trends on Information Technologies in Education and Learning . At smae time, ICNDC2020 willl be held in conjuction with ICITEL 2020. ICNDC2020 will be held to discuss topics about High performace computing and AI, 5G wireless networking, Cloud Computing , BLOCKChain Technologies, etc.
