Four Yale affiliates elected to National Academy of Sciences By Samuel Kim April 30, 2015 Three current Yale professors and one soon-to-be faculty member have been elected to the National Academy of Sciences (NAS). They are among 84 new members and 21 foreign associates from 15 countries selected for membership in recognition of their distinguished and continuing achievements in original research. The newly elected Yale faculty members are: Robert Schoelkopf, Sterling Professor of Applied Physics and Physics; Christine Jacobs-Wagner, professor of molecular, cellular and developmental biology; Jennifer Richeson, currently at Northwestern University, who will join Yale’s Department of Psychology in 2016; and Nancy Carrasco, professor of cellular and molecular physiology and a native of Mexic来源(Source From):
