You are here: Info KU Leuven News Belgian law leaves room for a better protection of non-smokers against passive smoking. That is the conclusion of extensive research conducted at the Faculty of Law. The study was commissioned by Flemish non-profit organisation Kom op tegen Kanker (Come Out Against Cancer). According to the researchers, a ban on smoking in cars in the presence of minors is both legally possible and advisable. Bedtime is not what it used to be.
