Smart State to thank for Queensland’s resilient economy, says UQ economist Professor John Quiggin21 April 2016 The Beattie Government’s Smart State program deserves credit for the resilience of the State’s economy and labour market despite the end of the mining boom, according to analysis by a University of Queensland economist.
