Domain Classifiction Guid： Every user can create new domain. rules as following: 1. use can delete the domain he created unless there are other users who joined the domain(administrator as the same case) or there are sub domains created by other users. 2. use can modify the domain he created unless there are other users who joined the domain or there are sub domains created by other users. 3. user can insert new domain unless there are other users who joined the domain or there are sub domains created by other users. 4. The domain which has not sub domas iscalled as leaf domain. user can join leaf domain or leave leaf domain. 5. Other modifications should be reported to Administrator who will judge the final decision among the users.
